A new addition to Emmons Avenue, one of the several businesses located in the Vue Condominium.  It features a 4,800 sq. foot Brasserie to go with their modern Brasserie theme, which is comprised of restaurants collaborating with local farmers and food suppliers to offer a new approach on classic European dining.

Karver Brasserie offers Old World European cuisine by Chef Francois Payard including Brunch, Lunch, Dinner and Pastries, in an inviting atmosphere and an impressive dining room featuring an open action kitchen where all the cooking happens right in the center of the room. The location is excellent for romantic date as well as a large party. They have a nice bar selection, offering a full-bodied beverage program showcasing a collection of Old World and local quality wines, spirits, craft beer and signature seasonal cocktails.

This place is the worst. Ever since they opened they constantly play music through their outdoor speakers well into the night. By law they should stop all outdoor music by 11 pm. However they continue playing music even after 12 am. I had multiple conversations with multiple managers who all promised it will never happen again. but it does. EVERY DAY.

I encourage everyone to boycott this terrible business, they don’t care about the people living around them.

Had an amazing lunch at Karver Restaurant on Emmons Avenue two weeks ago. My cousin came in from Colombia and these two dishes were the only ones we managed to take photos of LOL I will suggest that you order Karver’s Bloody Mary! Ask for the outdoor seating, best people watching around!

Really enjoyed Karver. Went here for brunch with my boyfriend, and he had the eggs benedict with the ham, which comes with a side of roasted potatoes and salad. I had the avocado toast with poached egg on top, same sides. Everything tasted delicious. We also enjoyed the bloody mary cocktail, and another one with gin. Both were strong and had good flavor. I really enjoy their tea and coffee with a pastry, particularly the chocolate croissant from the bakery section. Service is really good, feels like we are sitting in a five star restaurant in Manhattan. The staff is really attentive, and polite, they gave us some good recommendations, and the order came out fast. Looking forward to come back for dinner, or try brunch again.

My friend and I tried out karver their first week opening. The food was really great, and I’m pretty sure it’s the only place you can get really yummy escargot in the area. I’m excited to see how they expand the menu, and the manager was super accommodating. What a great location!
